Branded email campaigns are one of the best ways to reach customers directly. Learn the keywords for writing the perfect message, how to respond to customers, keep them engaged and continue to offer great deals and news. Understand reports that show who opens emails, who doesn't, and more. Learn about the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, and understand how to collect email addresses and increase opt-ins. This course is ideal for anyone who wishes to learn the basics and best practices of branded email campaigns, including students, interns, and professionals who manage email marketing campaigns for businesses or organizations.
