The Passport Place at Fresno State
Our office will be closed December 24, 2024 - January 1, 2025.
Did you know?
The Passport Place at Fresno State is dedicated to supporting Fresno State students' international travel. When you visit the Passport Place, the standard execution fee you pay goes directly toward funding study abroad programs and providing grants for students. In an environment of social and economic global connection, it is imperative that our students experience international culture both in and out of the classroom.

In addition, suit may be made against the payer for the face value of the check and all court costs. (California Civil Code, Chapter 522, Section 1719.)
- Writing a bad check will result in the following:
- The individual's Passport application will be attached and the individual will be denied all services.
- The individual will be charged $20 for processing in addition to the face value of the check
- Payment of returned checks must be made with a cashier's check or money order.
- Personal checks will not be accepted, including checks written by a friend or relative.
- Placing a "stop payment" or closing an account will not release the individual from financial obligation.
