Excursions

Trips and Activities

Students will experience everything that California has to offer by participating in a variety of activities, including:

• Weekend trips to Los Angeles, San Francisco, Santa Barbara, Monterey, and/or Sacramento, including visits and guided tours to selected destinations and attractions (e.g. Union Square, Silicon Valley, the State Capitol, Disneyland, etc.).
• Day or weekend nature excursions, including hiking, camping, and kayaking in and around Yosemite, Sequoia, and Kings Canyon National Parks.
• Guided tours of destinations in the Central Valley (e.g. Forestiere Gardens, Fresno Art Museum, UC Merced, various historic buildings, etc.).
