SOFT START Cybersecurity

A collaboration with Fresno County Public Library and Fresno City College.

Fresno State will offer three cybersecurity certificates (beginning, intermediate and advanced) aligned with the needs of the region’s employers. The  beginning and intermediate certificates will be offered at no cost to participants who meet residency requirements. Fresno State’s College of Science and Mathematics will house the advanced certificate, which will become part of the university’s regular course offerings.

The Beginning Certificate Program consists of 10 weeks of instruction (2 hours per week) at Fresno State. This course will be ongoing and additional courses will be added after the first session. Students completing the program will have the ability to advance to the next certificate.
