American Water College Partnership

About the Partnership

Continuing and Global Education and the American Water College have established a partnership to offer certificate programs for water and utility specialists. Students in the following programs can receive Fresno State professional development credit and certificates of completion.

• Certificate in Water Treatment Technology - A five module, one-year, online program focusing on water sources, water treatment, and applied chemistry.
• Certificate in Water Transmission Technology - A five module, six-month, online program focusing on water transmission and distribution, water quality, and applied hydraulics.
• Certificate in Water Treatment and Transmission Technology - A ten module, one-year, online program that combines the water treatment and water technology curricula.
• Effective Utility Management Certificate - A six module program that combines classroom and online training on utility management, regulation, leadership, and strategy.
