Frank Puccio serves as the Associate Dean for the division and is responsible for
overseeing and managing accounting, finance, and budget operations. He oversees all
day-to-day self-support and stateside functions of the Division, including marketing,
student registration, information technology, and more. Frank is a Fresno State alumnus,
earning an undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 2005 and a doctoral
degree in Educational Leadership in 2020. He also holds a graduate degree in Business
Administration from San Diego State, which he earned in 2008.
