Frank Puccio serves as the Associate Dean for the division and is responsible for
overseeing and managing budget/finance operations and all day-to-day self-support
and stateside functions of the Division, including marketing, student registration,
information technology, and more. He also has direct oversight over various international
operations including the Study Abroad Office and the Passport Place. Frank is a Fresno
State alumnus, earning an undergraduate degree in Business Administration in 2005
and a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership in 2020. He also holds a graduate
degree in Business Administration from San Diego State, which he earned in 2008.
