Andy is the dual enrollment program coordinator, managing Fresno State's Uni-track
and other related dual enrollment initiatives. He earned his BA in history from Yale,
his master's in Education from San Jose State, and a doctorate in education from the
University of San Francisco. Andy has over 25 years of experience in higher education,
specifically enrollment management, admissions, and student success at various CSU
campuses. He is excited to work with CGE and help Central Valley students achieve
their college dreams.
