Essentials of Business Communication - CANCELLED
Effective business communication skills are the key to a successful career. By learning to improve your writing skills, you can increase your productivity, strengthen professional relationships, and expand your career opportunities. This course will teach you how to write professionally by avoiding the most common errors. You will learn how to write professional emails and letters, how to improve your resume, and how to hone your writing skills so that you can express yourself effectively in any business setting. Students should bring a laptop or tablet to class.

Instructor: Jennifer DeFoe Rachal, M.Ed., is an experienced English professor teaching college writing for more than 12 years. In addition, she has worked in a number of business settings and created professional development training to improve effective communication.
