How to Register

Incoming Fall semester students

Incoming students must register for International Orientation Dog Days through their Student Center. Incoming students must complete their International Orientation Dog Days reservation by August 14, 2024. Your registration serves as your intent to enroll at Fresno State.

Follow the steps below to register for International Dog Days Orientation:

1. Log onto your student portal at my.fresnostate.edu.
   a. Your username is the same as your Fresno State email without the @mail.fresnostate.edu portion.
   b. Your password is the same as your Fresno State email password.
2. Navigate to the Student Center
   a. Click on Student Self-Service
   b. Click on Student Center
   c. Go to the My Admissions Information section (2nd green arrow)
   d. Click on Dog Days Orientation
3. Select the Thursday, August 15, 2024 workshop and register for International Orientation Dog Days
4. Review all information on the confirmation page.
5. Payment
   a. The payment button will take you to the university payment system. Your $70 non-refundable student fee will automatically be charged to your account
   b. International Orientation Dog Days student fees will be due by TBD (Fall 2024 Payment Deadline). Fees must be made prior to your scheduled International Orientation Dog Days orientation. There are NO refunds for International Orientation Dog Days student fees.

How to pay

Dog Days (International Orientation) Student Fees

You can access the system through the my.fresnostate.edu Student Center.

1. On the Student Center click on the third green arrow titled "My Finances".
2. Click on "View eBills/Make a Payment"
3. Click "Add to payment"
4. Complete your payment. 

You can check and confirm your payment history with the University by following the instructions below. 

How to check if a payment has been made and received

After you pay the non-refundable $70 International Orientation Dog Days fee, you can access your payment confirmation via your My Fresno State Student Portal and follow these steps: 

Go to your Student Self Service > Student Center > click on green arrow for My Finances > click on the To View Your Account Click Here button > click on Payments link.

For information on International Payment Options, visit the Student Accounts website. 

American English Institute (AEI) students are not required to register for Dog Days International Orientation or pay the $70 non-refundable fee.
