Why did you choose Fresno State? 
I chose Fresno State because it is located in a centric place in California. It has high positions in important nationwide education rankings and has offered me a lot of support as an international student since my application.

What’s the best thing about Fresno State? 
I love the people you can find here. There’s a lot of diversity you can find at Fresno State. And the best thing is that everyone is willing to help when needed.

What are your favorite campus activities? 
Of course, I enjoy International Coffee Hour. I also like the Welcome Week activities and the Homecoming Week.

What are your favorite local activities?
I love the beauty of nature of Yosemite and Sequoia National Park.

What’s your favorite thing to do in Fresno, California?
Going to the zoo is very exciting, especially because I found that there’s an animal from Ecuador (The Andean Condor).

What are your plans after you graduate? 
After my graduation, I would like to find a job to gain experience and continue my education in a Master’s to follow my path of specializing in cybersecurity.

Advice for new students?
It’s on you to make the college experience at Fresno State as fun as you want. Don’t be shy to engage with the Fresno State community through the different activities that exist.
