I chose Fresno State because it is in the center of California as well as it is very affordable for international students.

The diversity on campus and the friendly staff, faculty, and students.

What are your favorite campus activities?
My favorite campus activities are entertainment such as bowling, pool and watching sports games like football.

What are your favorite local activities?
Ice skating, eating outside with my friends from school.

What’s your favorite thing to do in Fresno, California?
My favorite thing to do in Fresno is going outdoor such as Woodward Park and Millerton Lake. My favorite place in California is to go to Yosemite, the beach, and big cities as well.

What are your plans after you graduate?
To apply for an OPT and get a job in the U.S.

Advice for new students?
Talk as much as you can with the native English speakers to develop your language skills.

Make friends with more students to get comfortable with the culture here and go through all the cultural changes.

Get involved in different clubs and organizations to get more in-depth experience with different mindsets in different clubs and organizations.
