Non-Profit Academy

The New Business Community Law Clinic provides a free academy designed to help aspiring nonprofit founders understand IRS and California state requirements. The program covers IRS rules, the process of establishing a nonprofit corporation, and guidance on forming a board. Participants also receive individualized support to draft their articles of incorporation and complete their tax-exempt filing.

MakeHerSpace

A makerspace training facility designed to give women a creative outlet  where they can go from IDEA to CONCEPT allowing them to create and elaborate their business products while taking advantage of training workshops and  complementary materials.

Ask for an appointment from Monday- Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and Saturday-Sunday by appointment only.
