Students participating in credit and non-credit programs may register through MyFresnoState. Please review the How to Register tab below for more information. With this, many programs have either program-specific instructions for registration/payment or registration/payment pathways outside of MyFresnoState. Program Specific Registration Procedures

Early Start is designed to improve English and Mathematics college readiness for many admitted CSU freshmen.

The Institute for Reading Development offers summer Reading Programs for Children and Adults.

California State University, Fresno’s Open University Program permits you, as a member of the general community, to take University classes after regularly enrolled students have registered and when there is still space available in the class.

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at Fresno State offers learning opportunities to those age 50 and better. No entrance requirements, tests, grades, or papers – just learning for enjoyment, personal growth, and intellectual stimulation with like-minded people. Come learn for the love of learning!

Professional Development Workshops (non-credit courses) accept registration and payment through MyFresnoState for students that currently have access. However we also accept registration and payment from the general public through a stand-alone payment portal. Study Abroad students must navigate to a stand-alone website to begin their registration and payment processes. Every program has different registration and payment requirements. Please CLICK HERE for more information.

Summer and Intersession students register through MyFresnoState once registration begins. There is no priority registration. You may add classes without a permission number until instruction begins (unless prerequisites have not been met or the class has restricted enrollment, at the request of the instructor or department). After instruction begins, you may still add most classes until the fourth calendar day if you obtain a permission number from the instructor. Please review the MyFresnoState registration instructions. 

Test Preparation services are handled with a paper registration form. Applicants need to complete a registration form and submit it, along with payment, to our office. Leave the class number blank but enter the title of the course. We will send your information to Cambridge Test Prep and they will email you directly with login information. Veteran Students who are attending school and wish to use their Montgomery GI Bill should first contact the Veterans Office in Room 101 of the University Center. You may also contact them at 559.278.6036 or visit their website at http://fresnostate.edu/studentaffairs/registrar/veterans/
