CGE Student ID Cards
A CGE student ID card is available for $5 per semester, which provides complimentary access to the Library and access to the student Health Center. To utilize the services of the Fresno State Health Center, Open University students can pay a semester fee of $113 at the Cashier’s Windows or $15 at the Health Center for each visit. No other fee is charged except for referral laboratory, pharmacy, and any other service not covered under the basic health care fee.
To get a Continuing and Global Ed ID card, you must:
- Register for a Continuing and Global Ed course and confirm that registration is posted on your Student Center.
- Pay the $5.00 Student ID Card activation fee at any cashier window in the Joyal Building.
- Bring receipt to the Bulldog Card Office in Joyal Room 156 to have your picture taken and your card issued.
ID Card fee is non-refundable. There is a $10 replacement fee for all lost cards. Card is active for a semester, then deactivated. Subsequent semester requires a $5 reactivation fee.
A CGE ID card is not valid for stateside student services, including access to the Student Recreation Center and laptop checkout at the Henry Madden Library.
